The Iraqi University of Sciences welcomed the visit of the ministerial compliance committee from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as part of monitoring the implementation of approved academic and administrative standards and enhancing institutional performance quality within the university.

The visit included field tours in several colleges and departments to review the progress of the educational process, the level of compliance with ministerial regulations and instructions, as well as an evaluation of infrastructure and the learning environment.

The committee also held meetings with the university presidency and a number of teaching and administrative staff, during which mechanisms for developing academic and administrative work were discussed, along with ways to improve the quality of educational services provided to students.

For its part, the university presidency affirmed its full commitment to cooperating with ministerial committees and adhering to the highest standards of quality and academic accreditation, in line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

This visit comes as part of ongoing efforts to enhance the university’s academic standing and ensure the provision of a solid educational environment that contributes to preparing qualified students for the requirements of the labor market
