The pilot evaluative exam was conducted for second-year students in the Cybersecurity Science Department in the subject of Software Security on Monday, April 20, 2026, in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and with reference to the instructions of the Committee of Deans of Colleges of Information Technology and Computer Science.

The exam was held under the direct supervision of the University of Technology / College of Computer Science, with oversight and follow-up by the President of the Iraqi University of Science, Professor Dr. Qasim Nayef Al-Mihyawi, who emphasized the importance of evaluative exams in raising academic performance and enhancing students’ readiness for final examinations.

All necessary requirements were provided to ensure the exam process proceeded in an organized and successful manner, in accordance with approved regulations and guidelines, contributing to the creation of a solid examination environment that reflects the students’ academic level.

This exam comes as part of early preparations for final exams and reflects the university’s commitment to assessing students’ academic levels and strengthening their competence in Software Security, in line with the requirements of the specialization and the cybersecurity job market.
